We are currently looking for a Marketing Associate to help us plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities based in Athens or Warsaw.

For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. You should also be able to create content. Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Create online and offline marketing content
• Contact users and customers research to spot opportunities and risks
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
• Manage and leverage our social media channels effectiveness
• Manage and execute our email marketing strategy
• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors/e-marketplaces

Requirements

• Experience within a similar marketing and/or content development position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Experience with Email Marketing tools (eg. MailChimp), Wordpress and Google Analytics will be considered a plus
• Knowledge on HTML will be considered a plus
• Polish Native Language Speaker
